Having a stressful day at work or need a boost of energy to fuel your day? No fear Aromatherapy is here! Aromatherapy is the use of essential oils from plants (flowers, herbs, or trees) as therapy to improve physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.

Use the following oils to help with energy/alertness or sleep/relaxation

Wild Orange

For an energizing boost, dispense one to two drops in the palm of your hand along with equal parts Peppermint and Frankincense. Rub palms together and inhale deeply from palms, then rub on the back of neck

Lavender

Apply one to two drops to desired area. Dilute with doTERRA Fractionated Coconut Oil to minimize any skin sensitivity. See additional precautions below.Taken internally, Lavender reduces anxious feelings and promotes peaceful sleep.
